Tasting Notes
This blend, developed for our Collector’s Society, is sourced exclusively from our Red Mountain estate vineyard. Dark in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend has fragrant aromas of black currants, blueberries and dried fruits, with a rich mouthfeel and long powerful finish.

Aging:
Racking occurred every three months for the first year of the 18-month aging period, every four months afterwards.

After sorting, grapes were gently crushed, with lots fermented separately on the skins for an average of 15 days.
Shipping & Service
To ensure extreme weather conditions or temperature variances do not impact the quality of your wine, orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday for Ground and Second Day Air shipping (when available) and Monday through Thursday for overnight shipping.
