Join Head Winemaker, Stephanie Cohen, for an exclusive evening filled with delicious food and wine. Guests will join Stephanie for a private Estate tour of our beautiful Red Mountain property. Following the tour, guests will join Stephanie for an intimate dinner prepared by renowned Chef Magana in the beautiful Barricia at Col Solare. Dinner includes four courses developed by Stephanie and Chef Magana, each dish crafted to reflect the beauty and complexity of Col Solare wines.
Dinner Menu:
Local field green salad, verjus vinaigrette, marcona almonds, grape tomatoes, and shaved parmesan
Pan seared halibut served alongside white beans, pecorino and pancetta with shaved asparagus dressed with olive oil, sea salt
Bison tenderloin steak, foie gras, and Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace served with wild mushroom gnocchi
Dark chocolate pot de crème and gorgonzola chocolate truffles

To ensure extreme weather conditions or temperature variances do not impact the quality of your wine, orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday for Ground and Second Day Air shipping (when available) and Monday through Thursday for overnight shipping.
